SearchingActivities are interactions between you and your customer. Things like phone conversations, faxes sent, Emails received, or general notes. You can create customized activity types that suit the way your business operates. Step 1 - Select a CustomerSearch for customers, and select one. Step 2 - The Customer Activity ScreenAll activities related to the customer are displayed on this screen.

Select Activities from the menu, and filter activities to see.
