Searching


Activities are interactions between you and your customer. Things like phone conversations, faxes sent, Emails received, or general notes.  You can create customized activity types that suit the way your business operates.

Step 1 - Select a Customer

Search for customers, and select one.

Step 2 - The Customer Activity Screen

All activities related to the customer are displayed on this screen.

  • If there are attachments linked to an activity, you will see an indicator.
  • An activity can be linked to a specific person (contact) within a company

Step 2 - Find Activities Directly [Alternate]

Select Activities from the menu, and filter activities to see.

  • RealClearContacts will search all the activity descriptions for the Search words text you specify.

Step 3 - The Activities Screen

This is an overview screen of an activity.  To make changes, click Edit this activity.

  • You can link multiple attachments to this activity with any type of files. Click Add an attachment.
  • Send this activity as an Email to one of the contacts, or anyone else.
  • The flag indicator serves as a reminder for you to follow-up this activity.
