Retrieving External MailYou can view your Email inbox directly from RealClearContacts and assign messages to contacts. Step 1 - Go to the Settings AreaSelect Settings from the main menu and then Edit your user profile. Step 2 - Email POP parametersEnter your Email address, mail server and password from your current Email system. Make sure these are the POP3 settings. Step 3 - Check your EmailSelect Activities from the main menu, and then Check Email. Step 4 - Viewing your messagesMessages from your inbox are displayed. If the from address of a message matches an existing customer or contact, an icon is shown next to it.
Step 5 - Assigning MessagesYou can move, or assign, a message to an existing customer or contact by selecting Save as activity.
