Additional users


Many people in your organization can log into RealClearContacts using the same Username, simultaneously.  However, if you would like to track customer - user interactions, you may want to consider creating RealClearContacts users.

Step 1 - Go to the Settings Area

Select Settings from the menu to view the main configuration screen.

Step 2 - Go to Manage Users

Select Manage Users from the Settings Area.

Step 3 - Add or Delete RealClearContacts Users

Click Add a new User to create a new RealClearContacts user, or click on the Details button to update or delete an existing user.

  • It's relatively safe to delete a user.  Note, any activities created or updated by the user will be set as Unassigned.

Step 4 - Edit an Activity

When you login to RealClearContacts, any activity that you create or update will be stamped with your Username.

  • By doing this, the next time the customer activity is called up, the current user will know who the previous user was, and what they did regarding the customer.
