Additional usersMany people in your organization can log into RealClearContacts using the same Username, simultaneously. However, if you would like to track customer - user interactions, you may want to consider creating RealClearContacts users. Step 1 - Go to the Settings AreaSelect Settings from the menu to view the main configuration screen. Step 2 - Go to Manage UsersSelect Manage Users from the Settings Area. Step 3 - Add or Delete RealClearContacts UsersClick Add a new User to create a new RealClearContacts user, or click on the Details button to update or delete an existing user.
Step 4 - Edit an ActivityWhen you login to RealClearContacts, any activity that you create or update will be stamped with your Username.
