Your account


Configure RealClearContacts in the Settings area.  You can also upgrade or downgrade your account, and change your company and user information.

Step 1 - Go to the Settings Area

Select Settings from the menu to view the main configuration screen.

Step 2 - Go to your Plan

Select RealClearContacts Plan from the Settings Area.

Step 3 - Update your Plan

The RealClearContacts Plan page shows your current plan, and your usage - how many customers and how much disk storage you have used.

  • Contact the support team if you would like to upgrade or downgrade a plan.

Step 4 - Update your Company Information

Select Account information to update your organizations' contact information.

Step 5 - Update your User Information

Select Edit your user profile to update your Username, password, and Email.

  • Change your password here.
  • The Email address is used to pre-fill the From field when sending an Email directly with RealClearContacts
